SEO research with NinjaBR Hub: a practical workflow

The Research & SEO category in NinjaBR Hub has three shared tools: Semrush, SimilarWeb and Perplexity. Together with the chat tools, they cover an SEO job from the first keyword to the published page.

Step 1: find the keyword

Start in Semrush with keyword research: each term comes with difficulty and traffic potential. Pick terms you can realistically rank for, and group the ones that answer the same question into a single page. The questions your customers already ask in messages and comments are often the best headings.

Step 2: study who ranks today

SimilarWeb estimates any site traffic split by channel, compares competitors side by side and shows the keywords that bring them visits. In Semrush, the competitor analysis adds traffic sources, terms and ads, and the backlink analysis shows who links to them.

Step 3: brief and draft

Semrush creates and optimizes content from a brief. For the draft itself, ChatGPT Plus and Claude write from that brief, and NinjaBox lets you run the same prompt on different engines, such as GPT-5.5 and Gemini 3.1 Pro, and keep the best version.

Step 4: fix the technical side

Run the Semrush technical site audit before and after publishing. Then use daily rank tracking by location, device and search engine to see whether the page is moving.

Step 5: check AI answers

Search is no longer only a list of links. Semrush measures brand visibility in AI answers, and Perplexity shows how an answer engine responds to your topic, using models such as Sonar 2, GPT-5.4, Gemini 3.1 Pro and Claude Sonnet 4.6. If the answers miss your page, the content probably lacks a clear, quotable fact.

A weekly routine

Monday: check rank tracking and the audit alerts in Semrush. Tuesday: research one new keyword cluster and study the top pages in SimilarWeb. Wednesday and Thursday: write and publish one page from a Semrush brief. Friday: ask Perplexity the questions your page answers and see whether it gets cited.

Reporting

Semrush reports and dashboards can carry your own branding, which helps when the SEO work is for a client.

What it uses from your plan

Semrush, SimilarWeb and Perplexity are shared and do not use the plan quota. ChatGPT Plus, Claude and NinjaBox are private: on Hub Pro that means 125 ChatGPT messages, 80 Claude credits and 80 NinjaBox credits every 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own Semrush account?

No. The shared account opens from the Hub panel, already set up.

Does Perplexity use my plan quota?

No. It is a shared tool, so it does not count against the quota.

Can I track rankings every day?

Yes. Semrush in the Hub includes daily rank tracking by location, device and search engine.

Can the Hub write the whole article for me?

ChatGPT Plus, Claude and NinjaBox write drafts, and Semrush optimizes them from a brief. Checking the facts and adding your own experience is still your part, and it is what makes a page worth citing.

Hub Pro at R$ 127,90, Hub Ilimitado at R$ 197,90 and Hub Ilimitado + Multilogin at R$ 247,90 per month, with a 7-day guarantee.
